LAWN AERATION

For better results:
Water your lawn for 30 minutes, the night before Aeration! Please do not water the morning of service.
*A 36″ pathway to your back yard is required to fit the machine.
*If your property has stairs to the back yard, we are unable to service that area.

*Thatch is not raked or removed unless requested (extra fee)

(Due to the abundance of clay in our soil here in Colorado, it’s recommended we fertilize up to 9 times a year.)
- Invoiced in full, after the first Spring application.
- 9 applications: March-October (4-Spring/Summer applications, 3-Iron Supplement’s, 2- Fall/Winterizer)
- You will be e-mailed each time your lawn has been fertilized.
